		<description>Be careful.  Both times I&#039;ve run regularly on treadmills I&#039;ve wound up with foot injuries.  Maybe the treadmill just allowed me to push myself past when I could maintain proper form, but maybe the pounding is harder on your feet.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve always liked the elliptical machines. They&#039;re incredibly easy on my dicey knees, although it  does take a little longer to get my heart rate up to a good cardio rate.



Been missing your contributions at b&amp;s. I understand the frustration and exasperation, but still miss it.</description>
